We seek a highly motivated and talented (Senior) Human Resources Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will work closely with our founders and have the chance to build a world-class HR department with lots of room to develop and drive your ideas. Your mission at OMNIPEAK includes:

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and (pre-)selecting suitable candidates to onboarding employees  
• You are responsible for general HR topics that affect the entire employee life cycle – e.g., personnel development, personnel administration, employee support
• You advise and support senior management in the operational implementation of HR strategies in the company and, thanks to your experience, have an excellent first judgment of labor law issues
• With your organizational skills, you will manage administrative HR processes and act as an interface to our external payroll providers
• You will be responsible for our digital HR processes, for example, by supporting the introduction of our HR management system and then managing it.

• At least three years of practical experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment
• You are trustworthy, have integrity, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership
• You are motivated to build something from scratch and do not hesitate to get your hands dirty
• Strong communication skills in writing and in person, both in German and in English
• Last but not least, you are an excellent team player and thrive when faced with challenge
